ESMS Lab Tech Course terms and conditions

Payment

Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer) or credit card. Upon completion of the registration, an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on the method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is an original and will be the only copy you will receive.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the ESMS Secretariat at info@esms-mohs.eu.
Cancellations postmarked before and on 9 March 2022 will be refunded, deducting administration costs of € 30.
After 9 March 2022 registration fees are non-refundable.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the course is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the course.

Sharing of contact details

The ESMS 2021/2022 Course Organiser will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system and will be treated by ESMS only for organisational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the registration, monitoring of attendance for certificates, as well as information about ESMS Course.
Each participant receives a name badge carrying the family name and the first name of the participant.
